These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of meetcutecon.com (the “Website”) and any related webpages, content, forms, or online services (collectively, the “Website”)  operated by Meet Cute Entertainment LLC (“Meet Cute”) or its agents. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Website Purpose

The Website provides information concerning the Meet Cute Con events, Artists, programming, tickets, promotions, and related offerings. Website content is provided for general information and may be changed, corrected, or removed at any time without notice.

Eligibility and Use by Minors

You may use the Website only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor’s use of the Website and any purchase made for or by the minor. The Website is not directed to children under 13.

Ticketing and Third-Party Services

Ticket purchases and certain Event-related transactions are processed through LEAP Event Technology and its payment-processing partners. Those transactions may be subject to LEAP’s terms, privacy policy, refund procedures, and other applicable policies. Meet Cute does not receive or retain complete payment card numbers or security codes.

Links to or integrations with LEAP, venues, hotels, social media platforms, Artists, exhibitors, sponsors, or other third parties are provided for convenience. Meet Cute  does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Event Terms

The purchase, possession, and use of tickets and credentials, and admission to and attendance at an Event, are governed by the applicable Terms of Admission, Event Code of Conduct, refund and ticket policies, posted notices, venue rules, and other Event-specific terms. If these Terms conflict with Event-specific terms concerning a ticket or Event attendance, the Event-specific terms control.

Intellectual Property

The Website and its text, graphics, photographs, videos, artwork, logos, trademarks, trade dress, page design, software, databases, and other content are owned by or licensed to Meet Cute   or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Artist names, images, likenesses, voices, trademarks, and other rights remain the property of the applicable Artist or rights holder.

Meet Cute  grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Website for personal, noncommercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, perform, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission.

• Use Meet Cute ’s or any Artist’s name, image, likeness, voice, logo, trademark, or content in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without authorization.

• Use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, spiders, automated agents, or similar technology to access the Website, collect data, monitor availability, reserve inventory, purchase tickets, circumvent limits, or interfere with normal use.

• Use Website content or data to train, develop, test, improve, prompt, ground, or operate an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without prior written permission.

• Circumvent security, access controls, ticket limits, geographic restrictions, or technological protections; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malware; conduct denial-of-service activity; or otherwise disrupt the Website.

• Impersonate another person, submit false information, engage in fraud, or use the Website for unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or abusive activity.

• Frame, mirror, republish, or create a competing service using the Website or its content without prior written permission.

User Submissions

If you submit a question, review, testimonial, photograph, video, suggestion, contest entry, survey response, or other material to Meet Cute (a "Submission"), you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. Unless separate written terms apply, you grant Meet Cute a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the Submission for the purpose for which it was provided and for related Event, promotional, archival, and business purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of your Submission.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information unless requested through an authorized process. Meet Cute is not obligated to treat unsolicited ideas or proposals as confidential.

Accuracy; Artist and Event Information

We attempt to provide accurate information, but do not warrant that Website content is complete, current, or error-free. Artist appearances, programming, schedules, venues, activities, pricing, availability, and other Event details are tentative and subject to change, substitution, postponement, or cancellation. Website content does not modify the applicable Terms of Admission or create a guarantee of any Artist appearance or Event offering.

Promotions and Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes, contests, and promotions are subject to separate official rules. If these Terms conflict with official promotion rules, the official rules control for that promotion.

Privacy and Cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information and describes cookies and privacy choices. By using the Website, you acknowledge the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Suspension and Termination

Meet Cute  may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website, cancel unauthorized transactions, or take other reasonable action if it believes you have violated these Terms, misused the Website, threatened security, or engaged in fraud or unlawful conduct. These remedies are in addition to any rights available under Event-specific terms or applicable law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ALL WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR SECURITY. MEET CUTE  DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEET CUTE  AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, VENUES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF MEET CUTE  FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO MEET CUTE  FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT ALTER ANY REMEDY EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN APPLICABLE EVENT-SPECIFIC TERMS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meet Cute  and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any action arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

Changes to These Terms

Meet Cute  may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on the Website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Severability; No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.
