  • The convention will be open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. You may purchase a VIP Super Elite, VIP Fast Pass, or a Gold Pass for earlier access:

    9:00 AM: VIP Super Elite Early Entry

    9:30 AM: VIP Fast Pass + Gold Pass Early Entry

    10:00 AM: General Public Entry

  • Meet Cute Con is open to guests 16 years of age and older.

    Attendees who are 16 or 17 years old are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 21 years of age for the duration of the event.

    Children under the age of 16, including infants, will not be admitted.

  • No. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 21 years old while attending the convention.

  • Yes! Food and beverages will be available for purchase throughout the event.

Tickets & Admission

  • Each ticket tier includes different experiences and benefits. Please refer to the Ticket Information page on our website for a complete breakdown of what is included with your specific ticket.

  • No. Each ticket is valid for one convention day only—either Saturday or Sunday, based on the day you select when purchasing your ticket.

    If you’d like to attend Meet Cute Con on both Saturday and Sunday, you’ll need to purchase a separate ticket for each day.

    Programming will be similar on both days, so you can still enjoy the full Meet Cute Con experience whether you join us Saturday or Sunday.

  • No. All ticket sales are final. Meet Cute Con does not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including scheduling conflicts, travel delays, illness, talent cancellations, or changes to the event schedule.

    If the event itself is canceled by Meet Cute Con, attendees will receive additional information regarding available options.

  • Ticket transfer policies will be announced closer to the event. Please check back for updates.

  • If tickets remain available, they may be sold at the door. However, many ticket types are expected to sell out in advance, so purchasing early is strongly recommended.

VIP Experiences

  • The Super Elite VIP Cocktail Party is an exclusive event held on Friday evening at Virgin Hotels Nashville for Super Elite VIP ticket holders.

    Additional details regarding the evening, including timing and activities, will be shared closer to the event.

  • No. The Friday night cocktail party is designed as a relaxed social event for Super Elite VIP guests and attending talent.

    Autographs and attendee selfies will not be available during the cocktail party unless otherwise announced.

Autographs & Photo Ops

  • Absolutely! We know many fans have cherished collectibles they’d love to have signed. You’re welcome to bring personal memorabilia for autographs, provided the items comply with our event policies.

  • Autographs and professional photo ops are sold separately and not included in ticket prices.

  • Selfie availability varies by guest and ticket type. Please refer to each guest’s autograph and photo opportunity information for details.

  • Photography policies may vary by guest. Unless otherwise announced, non-flash photography during panels is generally permitted. Professional recording equipment and video recording may be prohibited.

Talent & Programming

  • Our talent lineup will be announced on our website and social media channels. We will continue to add talent as they are confirmed.

  • Yes. Talent appearances are subject to professional commitments, filming schedules, personal emergencies, illness, and other circumstances beyond our control. While we make every effort to honor our announced lineup, guests may be added, canceled, or substituted without notice.

  • If a talent is unable to attend, we will make every effort to announce the change as soon as possible. If you purchased an autograph or photo op specifically for that guest, additional information regarding your available options will be provided.

    Talent cancellations do not qualify for refunds on admission tickets.

  • Yes! Throughout the weekend, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy live panels featuring our celebrity talent. The schedule will be announced closer to the event.

  • Yes. A detailed event schedule will be posted on our website prior to the convention and will also be available at the event.

Venue & Event Policies

  • For the safety and comfort of all attendees, all bags are subject to inspection upon entry.

    Guests may bring one bag to carry personal belongings and autograph items. We understand that many attendees bring memorabilia from home for talent to sign, so larger bags are permitted for this purpose.

    To help keep entry lines moving, we encourage guests to pack only what they need. Security reserves the right to inspect all bags and prohibit any item deemed unsafe or disruptive.

    Please note:

    • All bags are subject to search upon entry.

    • Weapons, illegal substances, and other prohibited items are not permitted.

    • Oversized luggage, rolling suitcases, wagons, and large storage containers are not permitted inside the convention.

    • Meet Cute Con does not offer bag or item storage during the event.

  • Yes. The Loveless Barn is ADA accessible. If you require accommodations, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to make your Meet Cute Con experience as enjoyable as possible.

  • Parking at The Loveless Barn is limited. We strongly encourage attendees to use rideshare services such as Uber or Lyft whenever possible. Additional parking information will be shared closer to the event.

  • For the safety of all guests, prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, laser pointers, drones, and any item deemed unsafe by event staff. Additional prohibited items may be announced closer to the event.

Accessibility

  • Yes. We are committed to creating an enjoyable experience for all attendees.

    If you require ADA accommodations or have accessibility questions before the event, please contact us in advance so we can work with you to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

Code of Conduct

  • We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone.

    Harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, intoxication that disrupts the event, or inappropriate conduct toward guests, attendees, volunteers, or staff will not be tolerated.

    Meet Cute Con reserves the right to remove anyone from the event without refund for behavior that violates our policies.

  • Small gifts may be accepted at the discretion of each guest. Please understand that some guests may decline gifts due to travel limitations or personal preferences.

  • No. Unauthorized sales, solicitation, promotional materials, or distribution of merchandise are not permitted unless you are an approved Meet Cute Con exhibitor or sponsor.

Media

  • Video recording policies vary depending on the activity.

    Professional cameras, video recording equipment, livestreaming, and commercial recording are prohibited unless you have received prior written approval from Meet Cute Con.

    Please respect any announcements regarding photography and recording during panels or special events.

General Policies

  • Information regarding public Wi-Fi availability will be announced closer to the event.

  • Yes. Re-entry is permitted for ticketed attendees with the appropriate event credential or wristband.

  • Only trained service animals, as defined by applicable law, are permitted inside the venue.

  • Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if allowed by the venue.
