Terms of Admission
These Terms of Admission govern the purchase, acceptance, possession, and use of tickets and credentials for events produced or promoted by Meet Cute Entertainment LLC (the "Event"). By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket or credential, each purchaser and/or attendee (each, a "Ticket Holder") agrees to be bound by these Terms of Admission, the Event Code of Conduct, and any additional Event or venue policies published by Meet Cute Entertainment LLC ("Promoter").
1. Artist Interaction Disclaimer
Promoter cannot guarantee the length, quality, content, or format of any Artist appearance, panel, meet-and-greet, autograph session, photograph, or other interaction. Each artist, author, actor, performer, influencer, speaker, or other invited guest (each, an "Artist") retains discretion over poses, physical contact, personalization, items signed, discussion topics, and other aspects of participation, subject to the Artist's agreement with Promoter. A Ticket Holder may not touch or otherwise make physical contact with an Artist without the Artist's express consent.
2. Personal-Use Photography and Endorsement Disclaimer
Professional photographs, selfies, autographs, recordings, and similar items obtained in connection with the Event are intended for the Ticket Holder's personal, noncommercial use only. A Ticket Holder may not use any such item to imply an Artist's endorsement of any person, business, product, service, political campaign, charity, or organization, or for any other commercial purpose, without the Artist's prior written consent.
3. Ticket Required; Revocable License
A valid ticket or credential is required for admission. Each ticket or credential constitutes a revocable license to attend the Event and remains subject to these Terms of Admission. Promoter may refuse admission to or remove any person as provided in these Terms of Admission, the Code of Conduct, venue policies, applicable law, or Event staff and security instructions.
4. Artist Appearances; Event Schedule
All advertised Artists, speakers, performers, moderators, exhibitors, vendors, programming, panels, autograph sessions, photo opportunities, meet-and-greets, activities, schedules, locations, and other Event offerings are tentative and subject to change, substitution, postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation without notice. An Artist may appear on only one Event day, participate in only certain activities, arrive late, depart early, or be unable to appear due to illness, travel delay, professional commitment, contractual obligation, force majeure, or other circumstances. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Admission, changes to Artists, schedules, programming, or Event offerings do not entitle a Ticket Holder to a refund or exchange.
5. Ticket Sales; Transfers
Unless Promoter expressly states otherwise, all ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, and tickets have no cash value. Promoter may establish transfer rules for particular ticket types. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be void. Promoter may cancel tickets that are fraudulent, duplicated, counterfeited, resold in violation of stated restrictions, or otherwise invalid.
6. Artist-Specific Purchases
Autographs, professional photo opportunities, VIP experiences, workshops, and other Artist-specific activities may require a separate purchase. If an Artist-specific activity is canceled and cannot reasonably be rescheduled, the purchaser's sole remedy is a refund of the amount paid for that specific activity, unless Promoter elects to offer a credit or substitute experience. Cancellation of an Artist-specific activity does not entitle the Ticket Holder to a refund of general admission or VIP admission, or reimbursement of travel, lodging, meals, parking, or other incidental expenses.
7. Admission; Capacity; Credentials
Admission is subject to venue capacity, security procedures, operational requirements, and compliance with Event rules. Promoter may limit or temporarily suspend entry to rooms, programming, or activities for safety, security, crowd management, or operational reasons. Admission to the Event does not guarantee admission to any particular panel, signing, photo opportunity, workshop, performance, or activity. Credentials may not be shared, duplicated, counterfeited, or transferred except as expressly authorized by Promoter.
8. Photography, Audio, and Video Consent
By entering or attending the Event, each Ticket Holder consents to being photographed, filmed, livestreamed, broadcast, and audio recorded by Promoter and its authorized representatives in public areas of the Event. Each Ticket Holder grants Promoter and its designees the right to use the Ticket Holder's name, image, likeness, voice, statements, and appearance in connection with the Event and Promoter's advertising, promotion, publicity, editorial, documentary, archival, and other lawful uses, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice or compensation.
9. Assumption of Risk; Personal Property
Attendance is voluntary. Each Ticket Holder assumes the ordinary risks associated with attending a live public convention, including crowds, noise, lighting effects, interactions with other attendees, and other conditions inherent in a public event. Ticket Holders are responsible for safeguarding their personal property. Promoter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Security and Prohibited Items
All persons and personal property entering the Event are subject to reasonable security screening and inspection. Promoter and the venue may prohibit any item deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or inconsistent with Event or venue policies. Refusal to comply with reasonable security procedures may result in denial of admission or removal without refund.
11. Code of Conduct; Removal
All Ticket Holders must comply with the Meet Cute Entertainment Code of Conduct, venue rules, applicable law, and instructions from Event staff and security. Promoter may, in its reasonable discretion, deny admission to or remove any person whose conduct is unsafe, threatening, harassing, unlawful, disruptive, or otherwise violates applicable policies or interferes with the Event or the enjoyment of others. A person denied admission or removed for such conduct may have all credentials revoked and will not be entitled to a refund or other compensation.
12. Event Changes; Force Majeure
Promoter is not liable for delay, modification, relocation, interruption, postponement, or cancellation of the Event caused by circumstances beyond Promoter's reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, governmental action, public health emergency, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor dispute, transportation disruption, utility failure, venue unavailability, Artist unavailability, or similar events. If the entire Event is canceled before it begins, Promoter will determine whether refunds, credits, rescheduled admission, or another remedy will be offered, subject to applicable law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promoter and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, venues, and sponsors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the purchase or use of a ticket, attendance at the Event, or any change in Artists, programming, schedule, venue, or Event offerings. Promoter is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel costs, lost wages, or other consequential losses arising from Event changes or Artist cancellations.
14. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms of Admission are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any action arising from or relating to these Terms of Admission, a ticket, or the Event must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and each Ticket Holder consents to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
15. Modifications; Severability
Promoter may amend these Terms of Admission as reasonably necessary to address legal, safety, security, operational, or business requirements. The version posted on the Event website at the time of ticket purchase will govern the purchase, except that later operational or safety rules may apply to attendance. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
