Meet Cute Entertainment is committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone. By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket, or otherwise entering the Event, you agree, as a condition of your admission to and continued attendance at the Event, to be bound by this Event Code of Conduct, the Terms of Admission, venue policies, applicable law, and the reasonable instructions of Event staff and security personnel. If you fail to comply with these requirements, Meet Cute Entertainment reserves the right to deny you admission, remove you from the Event, revoke your Event credentials, with or without refund, and take any other action it deems appropriate under the circumstances.

Treat Others with Respect

You must treat everyone with courtesy and respect. Harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, discrimination, unwanted sexual attention, abusive behavior, or conduct that interferes with another person's safety, comfort, or enjoyment of the Event is prohibited. If someone asks you to stop a behavior or interaction, you must stop immediately.

Respect Artist Boundaries

You must respect each Artist's privacy, personal space, and boundaries. Do not touch, hug, kiss, grab, or otherwise make physical contact with an Artist without that Artist's express consent. Participation in a photo opportunity, autograph session, panel, or meet-and-greet does not imply consent to physical contact. You must respect an Artist's decisions regarding photographs, poses, signatures, gifts, conversation topics, and other interactions.

Photography and Recording

Photography, video recording, audio recording, and livestreaming are strictly prohibited wherever indicated by posted signage or the instructions of Meet Cute Entertainment, the venue, participating Artists, Artist representatives, Event staff, or security personnel.

Any photography or recording permitted at the Event is for personal, noncommercial use only. Photography, recording, or livestreaming is prohibited in Artist booths, autograph areas, professional photo-op areas, meet-and-greet areas, backstage or other restricted areas, and during panels, performances, or other programming where prohibited.

You may not use any photograph, recording, livestream, or other Event content for any commercial purpose or in any manner that suggests or implies an Artist's endorsement of any person, business, product, service, political campaign, charity, or organization without the Artist's prior written consent.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in denial of admission to particular activities or areas, removal from the Event, revocation of Event credentials without refund, exclusion from future Meet Cute Entertainment events, and any other action Meet Cute Entertainment deems appropriate under the circumstances.

Security and Prohibited Items

You must comply with all security screening procedures and safety instructions. You may not bring weapons, illegal drugs, hazardous materials, or any item prohibited by the venue or Meet Cute Entertainment into the Event. Meet Cute Entertainment and venue security may inspect bags and personal items to the extent permitted by law and may deny entry to or remove any prohibited item.

Commercial Activity and Merchandise

You may not solicit, advertise, distribute promotional materials, conduct sales, collect money, operate a business, or engage in other commercial activity at the Event unless authorized in writing by Meet Cute Entertainment. You may sell merchandise only from an approved exhibitor or vendor space and only in accordance with Event and venue rules.

Minors

If you are responsible for a minor attending the Event, you must provide appropriate supervision and ensure that the minor complies with this Event Code of Conduct. Meet Cute Entertainment does not assume responsibility for supervising minors.

Alcohol, Smoking, and Substance Use

You must comply with all laws and venue policies concerning alcohol, smoking, vaping, and controlled substances. You may not provide alcohol to a minor, possess or use illegal drugs, or attend or remain at the Event while so impaired that you create a safety concern, disruption, or risk to others.

Accessibility

You must respect designated accessible seating, entrances, pathways, service animals, mobility devices, and other accommodations. Do not block accessible routes or interfere with another person's use of an approved accommodation. Please contact Event staff if you need assistance or observe an accessibility concern.

Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness conduct that may violate this Event Code of Conduct, promptly report it to Event staff, venue security, or another designated Event representative. Provide as much information as you reasonably can, including the location, persons involved, and what occurred. In an emergency, contact 911 or appropriate local emergency services.

Enforcement

Meet Cute Entertainment may investigate reported or observed conduct and determine the appropriate response in its sole discretion. Depending on the circumstances, action may include a warning, removal from a particular activity, revocation of credentials, removal from the Event with or without refund, exclusion from future events, referral to venue security, or referral to law enforcement. You must cooperate with reasonable instructions from Event staff and security personnel.

Changes

Meet Cute Entertainment may update this Event Code of Conduct when reasonably necessary to address Event operations, safety concerns, venue requirements, or changes in applicable law. The version posted for the Event will apply.
