1. Sponsor

Meet Cute Entertainment ("Sponsor") sponsors and administers this Sweepstakes. Virgin Hotels Nashville is the prize provider only and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, Virgin Hotels Nashville, and their respective affiliates, agencies, and prize providers are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on August 13, 2026 and ends on September 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry:

A. Automatic Entry. Certain qualifying Meet Cute Entertainment event ticket packages include one or more automatic Sweepstakes entries as described with the applicable ticket package. Automatic entries are recorded at the time of purchase.

B. Free online entry through Gleam link. To enter without purchasing a ticket please go to https://gleam.io/LR6bw/meet-cute-con-virgin-hotel-sweepstakes.

Limit two (2) total entries per eligible person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. Sponsor may disqualify entries exceeding this limit. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

5. Prize

Each winner will receive one (1) complimentary 2 night stay at Virgin Hotels Nashville.

Approximate Retail Value : $1,000.

Prize is subject to availability, blackout dates, room availability, and all terms and conditions imposed by Virgin Hotels Nashville. Transportation, meals, parking, resort or destination fees (if any), incidental charges, gratuities, taxes, and all other expenses not expressly included are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value except where required by law, and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided with the entry. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to timely execute any requested affidavit, release, or tax documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affect the integrity or administration of the Sweepstakes, and to disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

11. Release of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Virgin Hotels Nashville, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee.

14. Winner List
